A fully upgraded Western Reever can reach about 163 mph, or 262.3 km/h, during a sustained wheelie. That makes it GTA 5 Online's peak-speed leader in the conditions that matter for a clean top-speed run: a long, smooth straight and enough room to build momentum. The catch is huge. Its famous pace depends on holding the front wheel up, so a bump, traffic car, curb, or sudden turn can ruin the run. Great for Los Santos highways. Less convincing on a twisty stunt race.

The HSW Hakuchou Drag reaches roughly 157.5 mph with its HSW conversion, but it gets to serious speed quickly and applies it more consistently through a full route.
